§ 42:2A-64 — Pleading
New Jersey·Title 42 PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATIONS
Pleading. In a derivative action, the complaint shall set forth with particularity the effort of the plaintiff to secure initiation of the action by a general partner or the reasons for not making demand upon a general partner. L. 1983, c. 489, s. 63; amended 1988,c.130,s.33.
