§ 42:2A-52 — Judicial dissolution
New Jersey·Title 42 PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATIONS
Judicial dissolution. On application by or for a partner the Superior Court may order dissolution of a limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement. L. 1983, c. 489, s. 51, eff. April 1, 1985.
