Text
Delivery of certificates to limited partners. Upon the return of a certificate marked "Filed" by the Secretary of State as provided in section 20, the general partners shall promptly deliver or mail a copy of the certificate of limited partnership and any other certificate to each limited partner unless the partnership agreement provides otherwise. L. 1983, c. 489, s. 23, eff. April 1, 1985.
