Notice. The fact that a certificate of limited partnership is on file in the office of the Secretary of State is notice that the partnership is a limited partnership, but it is not notice of any other fact not set forth in the certificate or amendment thereto. L. 1983, c. 489, s. 22; amended 1988,c.130,s.11.
