§ 42:1A-56 — No retroactive effects
New Jersey·Title 42 PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATIONS
56.Sections 1 through 56 of this act do not affect an action or proceeding commenced or right accrued before this act takes effect, including the right of any partner in a limited liability partnership formed prior to the effective date of this act. L.2000,c.161,s.56.
