New Jersey·Title 42 PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATIONS

55.Sections 1 through 56 of this act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among states enacting it. L.2000,c.161,s.55.
