Text
The principal place of business of an association formed under authority of R.S. 42:3-1 et seq. shall be established and maintained within this State. After the effective date of P.L. 1988, c. 130, no new limited partnership associations shall be formed pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 42:3-1 et seq. Amended 1988,c.130,s.38.
