§ 40A:9-65 — Performance of duties before giving bond; misdemeanor

New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES

If any person elected county clerk shall assume to perform any of the duties before giving bond as provided by law he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
