Text

Any certified county purchasing official certificate may be revoked or suspended by the director for dishonest practices, or willful or intentional failure, neglect or refusal to comply with the Constitution of the State of New Jersey or laws relating to the purchase of materials or services, or other good cause. The board of chosen freeholders or the officer charged with exercising the executive power of the county, as the case may be, may request a review by the director of the behavior or practices of a certified county purchasing official. No certificate shall be revoked or suspended except upon a prior hearing before the director or his designee after due notice. L.1981, c. 380, s. 4, eff. Dec. 31, 1981.
