Text

As used in this act: a. "Director" means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services; b. "Purchasing agent" or "director of purchasing" means the county official charged with the duty and responsibility of purchasing materials and services on behalf of the county. L.1981, c. 380, s. 1, eff. Dec. 31, 1981.
