Text

Whenever any officer or employee of a municipality is temporarily absent, disabled or disqualified, the governing body of the municipality may designate some person to act in place of any such officer or employee during his temporary absence, disability or disqualification. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
