5.Upon a finding by the director that an applicant has successfully completed the examination, the applicant may apply for a certificate pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of P.L.1991, c.258 (C.40A:9-154.6c). L.1991,c.258,s.5; amended 1995,c.46,s.5.
