Text
When any person shall cease to hold the office of sheriff he shall deliver to his successor all processes, orders, mandates and papers of every kind remaining in his hands unexecuted or unreturned or otherwise outstanding and all moneys held by him as sheriff. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
