Text

All uncollected fees due for services rendered or expenses incurred by a deceased, disabled or disqualified sheriff shall be taxed and collected by the acting sheriff, or the newly appointed or elected sheriff and credited to the account of the former sheriff. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
