§ 40A:9-105 — Expenses payable to sheriffs
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The sheriffs shall be entitled to receive in addition to the salaries provided by law, their actual expenses incurred by them personally in performing their duties such as transportation, telephone, telegraph and postal charges, to be paid by the board of chosen freeholders of the respective counties. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
