§ 40A:7-27 — Recording copy of proceedings
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Upon the annexation of part of any public road or street as provided in N.J.S. 40A:7-26, the clerk of the municipality to which such land is annexed shall immediately thereafter file in the office of the clerk of the county in which such land is situated and also in the office of the Secretary of State a certified copy of said ordinances. L.1979, c. 181, s. 2, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
