§ 40A:7-23 — Effect on constables
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
All constables, resident within the territory annexed, shall continue to hold their respective offices until the expiration of their respective terms. L.1979, c. 181, s. 2, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
