30.The powers granted under P.L.2015, c.129 (C.40A:66-1 et al.) shall not limit the powers of a municipality to enter into a shared service agreement or contract, or to establish a separate legal entity pursuant to State law or otherwise to carry out their powers under applicable statutory provisions, nor shall the powers granted under P.L.2015, c.129 (C.40A:66-1 et al.) limit the powers reserved to a municipality by State law. L.2015, c.129, s.30.
