§ 40A:65-31 — "Sharing Available Resources Efficiently" account.

31. There is created a "Sharing Available Resources Efficiently" account within the Property Tax Relief Fund as a non-lapsing revolving account which shall receive moneys as may be credited to it from the Property Tax Relief Fund, the repayments of loans made from the account, and any other funds as may be appropriated to the account from time to time. Moneys in the account shall be appropriated for the purposes of sections 1 to 37 of P.L.2007, c.63 (C.40A:65-1 et al.). L.2007, c.63, s.31.
