New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
2.The Department of Community Affairs, in consultation with the Board of Public Utilities, shall promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of section 1 of P.L.2025, c.145 (C.40A:5A-31).
