Text
The local government board and the director may make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The director may hold hearings and make such investigations as may be appropriate to the exercise of his powers in accordance with law. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
