The Local Government Board shall promulgate suitable rules and regulations as to the adoption of such ordinances and may require proof by engineering data as to the existence of any such emergency and the need for an appropriation therefor as a prerequisite to the approval of any such ordinance. L.1961, c. 22, p. 108, s. 6, eff. May 9, 1961.
