Text
No such ordinance or resolution shall be valid unless it is approved by the Local Government Board and a copy thereof shall be filed forthwith after it is adopted with the Director of the Division of Local Government in the Department of the Treasury for that purpose. L.1961, c. 22, p. 108, s. 5, eff. May 9, 1961.
