Text
The provisions of the chapter hereby supplemented relating to tax anticipation notes shall apply to special emergency notes. A copy of the resolution shall be filed forthwith after it is adopted with the Director of the Division of Local Finance in the Department of Community Affairs for that purpose. L.1968, c. 194, s. 5, eff. July 19, 1968.
