§ 40A:4-50 — Emergencies financed from surplus
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
A local unit may finance any emergency appropriation from surplus funds available, or may borrow money and issue its "emergency notes" as provided for in this chapter to finance any such appropriation. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
