Text
Any monies due a municipality pursuant to the provisions of section 40 of P.L. 1985, c. 38 (C. 48:13A-5.1) may be anticipated by the municipality for the purposes of preparing its annual budget. L. 1985, c. 38, s. 41; amended by L. 1987, c. 74, s. 8.
