§ 40A:20-20 — Rules
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
21.The Commissioner of Community Affairs and the Local Finance Board shall have the authority to adopt such administrative rules as may be necessary to implement this act. L.1991,c.431,s.21.
