40A:14-97. A municipality, fire district, regional authority, or county shall provide members of a Junior Firefighters' Auxiliary established as an auxiliary to a volunteer fire department or to an incorporated volunteer fire company with a minimum amount of workers' compensation insurance. amended 1979, c.230, s.4; 2020, c.126, s.3.
