§ 40A:14-83 — Leasing space in building of fire district
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The board of fire commissioners of a fire district may lease at a nominal rental space in any of its buildings to the municipality in which the district is located. L.1971, c. 197, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
