Text
The total amount of all emergency appropriations shall be provided in full by the fire district as a deferred charge in the budget of the next succeeding fiscal year. In the event that the budget is not approved by the voters, that deferred charge shall remain in the budget for the fire district to be adopted by the municipal governing body pursuant to the law. L. 1985, c. 288, s. 10, eff. Aug. 14, 1985.
