Text
The governing body of a municipality, having a paid fire department and force, by resolution, may divide the members and officers of such department and force into 2 platoons, one platoon serving 24 hours of duty while the other is off duty for the same period of time. L.1971, c. 197, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
