§ 40A:14-39 — Other compensation not to affect eligibility to receive insurance benefits
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
No member of any volunteer fire department or of any incorporated volunteer fire company shall be considered ineligible to receive said insurance benefits because he may otherwise receive any form of compensation, wages or salary from the municipality or fire district for any services rendered. L.1971, c. 197, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
