Text
The board of trustees of the Police and Firemen's Retirement System of New Jersey shall accept as a member of the retirement system any person, otherwise eligible for membership, appointed pursuant to this act provided there is paid into the retirement system, in such manner as the board shall prescribe, the contribution deemed due and payable from the date of original appointment. L.1976, c. 27, s. 3, eff. June 1, 1976.
