Text

41.Any municipality or county located in whole or in part within the area of operation of a housing authority or a redevelopment entity shall have the power from time to time to lend or donate money or make capital grants or periodic subsidies to the authority or entity, or to agree to take such action. The housing authority or redevelopment entity, when it has the money available therefor, shall make reimbursements for all loans made to it. L.1992,c.79,s.41.
