§ 40A:11-44 — "Local Public Contracts Law" applicable
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
All provisions of the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L. 1971, c. 198 (C. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and any supplements thereto, shall apply to purchases, contracts and agreements made pursuant to this act unless otherwise superseded by the provisions of this act. L. 1985, c. 482, s. 4, eff. Jan. 17, 1986.
