§ 40A:4-34 — Appropriations for utility or enterprise
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Appropriations for any utility or enterprise owned or operated by the local unit shall be in the form and detail prescribed by the regulations of the local governing board and shall include, at least a. Operations.
b.Interest and debt retirement.
