New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The budget shall provide separate sections for: a. Operation of local unit (current fund).
b.Operation of any municipal public utility.
c.Dedicated assessment budget.
d.Dedicated by rider. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
