§ 40A:14-148 — Hearings
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Except as otherwise provided by law, the officer, board or authority empowered to hear and determine the charge or charges made against a member or officer of the police department or force, shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and documentary evidence. The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction to enforce any such subpoena. L.1971, c. 197, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
