Text
Every such "solid waste management authority" shall file a certified copy of every bond resolution as finally passed with the Director of the Division of Local Government in the Department of the Treasury and in addition shall file a certified copy of all bond proceedings with the said director. L.1968, c. 249, s. 7.2, eff. Aug. 16, 1968.
