Text
Where a condemnation action is commenced as provided in section 40:63-92 of this Title, the contracting municipalities, their officers, servants and agents, may immediately upon the appointment of the commissioners, enter upon, take and use such lands and real estate, and rights and interest therein and appurtenances. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 721, s. 225, eff. March 19, 1953.
