Text
The Superior Court shall settle and determine the compensation to be paid to the commissioners and the costs and expenses of the application, report and proceedings, and the municipality shall immediately pay such costs and expenses. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 724, s. 230, eff. March 19, 1953.
