§ 40:62-29 — Use of income; reserves
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
From such income may be expended operating costs of such station or hall. Reserves may be set up to provide for the nonproductive or seminonproductive operations of the station or hall.
