Text
No petition shall contain the names of more than one candidate so indorsed. The names of all the persons indorsing the same candidate need not be signed to a single petition. Any number of petitions of the same purport may be filed, but in the aggregate there shall be signed the names of at least ten persons. L.1951, c. 280, p. 956, s. 9, eff. June 25, 1951.
