Text
The Superior Court may vest title to the burying ground or cemetery in the municipality upon its satisfaction that the person owning or controlling the burying ground or cemetery cannot be located through diligent inquiry for the purpose of the transfer of the burying ground or cemetery to the municipality. L.1983, c. 194, s. 3, eff. May 24, 1983.
