Text

In case the owner of any lot or plot or other lands within said burying ground or cemetery shall feel aggrieved by the report of said commissioners he may object thereto to the court in the proceeding or by action within twenty days after the confirmation of such report. The court may hear any such objection or proceed in the action in a summary manner or otherwise and with a struck jury if any party demands a jury. L.1948, c. 80, p. 471, s.
