Text

The commission which shall be called the "Plant Management Commission" of the municipality, shall be composed of five members appointed respectively for terms of one, two, three, four and five years, computed, however from noon of the first day of January in the year in which said appointments are made. The persons to be appointed to the commission shall be qualified to perform the duties and to discharge the responsibilities imposed upon members of the commission by virtue of the provisions of this act. No member, officer, agent, servant or employee of the commission, shall be directly or indirectly concerned in any agreement or contract, or any improvement whatever, to be made under the provisions of this act, nor shall he be directly or indirectly interested in furnishing goods, chattel
