Text
If the ordinance is to be submitted to the voters, notice of the election shall be published at least once in a newspaper published in the municipality or, if there is no such newspaper, in a newspaper published in the county and circulating in the municipality. The notice shall be published at least 10 days before the date of the election. L. 1986, c. 69, s. 4, eff. July 30, 1986.
