Text

The governing body of any municipality may, at the expense of said municipality, remove or provide for the removal of snow and ice from the premises whereon are housed the apparatus and equipment of any duly incorporated first aid and emergency or volunteer ambulance or rescue squad association, or any duly incorporated volunteer fire company, rendering services generally throughout said municipality. L.1967, c. 6, s. 1, eff. Feb. 23, 1967.
