Text
It shall be lawful for any municipality to appropriate moneys for the expenses of any rationing board or local war price and rationing board; such moneys shall be appropriated and disbursed in the same manner as other moneys are appropriated and disbursed. All appropriations and expenditures heretofore made, incurred or paid by any municipality for the operation of any rationing board or local war price and rationing board are hereby validated and confirmed. L.1943, c. 183, p. 514, s. 1, eff. April 9, 1943.
