§ 40:48-9 — 4b. Account of expenditure of funds
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The governing body of any municipality adopting the provisions of this act may require organizations receiving funds so appropriated by the municipality to fully account for the expenditure of such funds. L.1975, c.141, s.2.
